Cut the Unnecessary Meditation
Are you doing a bunch of things in your life that might be keeping you “busy” but not actually helping you? Or are you maybe doing things because you always have – but again, they’re not enhancing the quality of your life?
We all tend to do these, but sometimes it’s REALLY hard to notice that we are because we’re living in the weeds. We’re not able to take a step back and ask “is it really helping me?”
This meditation aims to give you that step back, that 30,000 ft view of areas of your life to determine if there are things you can remove, move, change up, etc to help you only do the things that will enhance the quality of your life.
