Let go of the worries from the day by using this simple stretching routine along with the 5 Elements Healing Sounds. These sounds were developed thousands of years ago after the Qi Gong masters noticed that people subconsciously and automatically made these noises when trying to self-heal from ailments of the lung, kidney, liver, heart, spleen, and triple warmer meridians (basically the whole body). Turns out these also vibrate certain areas, like your bones, vagus nerve, and organs within your body to activate the parasympathetic rest-and-digest mode as well. So these healing sounds are wonderful to practice before bed to get you into a state of rest for a good night of sleep.

I also love to use just the sounds if I am awakened in the middle of the night to help clear my mind from racing thoughts and great straight back to sleep.
