Join me for a slow-flow Hatha-style yoga workout where we first connect with the breath and then do a Warrior 2-based sequence to open the hips and gain strength in the legs. (In this style we hold the poses for several breaths, unlike Vinyasa where you usually move on every breath)

I’m going to admit I sound nervous and weird in this one, lol – this is the first yoga video I’ve recorded! I promise these will get better. 😜
