Let Go Of Fear
Fear. If you’ve been going through the symptoms of an autoimmune disease, you are probably well acquainted with this emotion.
It can start as just little niggling thoughts – “Why are these happening?” or “What if this doesn’t go away?”
And then it just seems to snowball into all out panic sometimes – “What if I’m going to die from this?” “What if this just keeps getting worse?”
Trust me, we’ve all been there.
But the thing is, fear is just an emotion. It’s a feeling we have in our bodies that can help protect us, but at the same time it can hold us back from living our lives. We can’t let this emotion rule us, so this month we’ll explore how to neutralize it somewhat and make it more background noise than anything.

Sometimes our fear response easily becomes irrational, causing unnecessary stress and the corresponding cortisol spikes that tax our adrenals and immune systems and prevent any healing from happening.
