Meal Plans

Currently there is:

• a 5-Day Meal Plan with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner each day + Batch Prep instructions and a shopping list

Batch cooking plans

Spend a few hours on a weekend and make a week’s worth of lunches (or breakfasts or dinners) with variety each day. The plans will have everything you need from the shopping list to the steps you take to prepare the meals


• 1 Lunch/Dinner Batch Cooking Plan with these meals:

  1. Delicata (or Butternut) Squash, Cabbage & Carrot Slaw, Baked Avocado, Arugula, Roast Chicken Thighs, and Pomegranate Arils
  2. Delicata (or Butternut) Squash, Pesto, Cauliflower Tabbouleh, Spinach, and Salmon
  3. Roasted Sweet Potato, Cabbage & Carrot Slaw, Baked Avocado, Arugula, Salmon, and Pomegranate Arils
  4. Roasted Sweet Potato, Pesto, Cauliflower Tabbouleh, Spinach, Roasted Chicken Thighs

• 1 AIP Soups Batch & Freezer Plan (make 4 soups – 16 servings-  in 1-1.5 hours) and features:

Freezer cooking plans

Be prepared for busy nights or emergencies. These are easy to do – just dump a bunch of ingredients into a bag and freeze. Make a whole bunch of meals in a one-hour session.

Then when you need the meal, simply thaw, and then throw into an Instant Pot, slow cooker, or stove/oven.

They’ve all been tested on several families – with kids and spouses NOT on AIP – to make sure they’re delicious enough to have everyone eat. No need to make separate meals for you AND your family, especially when you’re busy.

Freezer Cooking Plan # 1 features:

• AIP Flatbread Wrap recipes – like a Gryo wrap, a Beet Mash, a Ham and easy Fig Jam wrap, and a Root Veg & Avocado Mash Wrap

• a Mix & Match Tropical Themed Dinner plan (9 protein ideas + recipes, 11 side ideas + recipes, 7 sauce ideas + recipes, 13 “extras” ideas – all of which go together well so you can easily mix-and-match into a meal. Plus some ideas of what to easily, without much more work, serve non-AIP family members as well to make it more familiar to them)

•An easy side dishes booklet (dishes that are easy to prep without much fuss or hands-on work)

• A list of AIP snacks you can easily get on-the-go at most grocery stores

• I’m also working on getting EVERY recipe into a traditional recipe gallery where you click on a picture to be brought to a specific recipe and also can narrow down the recipes by categories, like “Slow Cooker” “Main Course” “Less than 30 minutes” and “Good for Company”

Access to Members-only Facebook Group

Connect with others on AIP and going through the same thing via our private members-only Facebook group! Ask questions, give and get support, share tips and recipes, and have a group of others that “get you”. This is especially helpful if you don’t have that support network at home – let us be your support!
