Freezer cooking plans

Be prepared for busy nights or emergencies. These are easy to do – just dump a bunch of ingredients into a bag and freeze. Make a whole bunch of meals in a one-hour session.

Then when you need the meal, simply thaw, and then throw into an Instant Pot, slow cooker, or stove/oven.

They’ve all been tested on several families – with kids and spouses NOT on AIP – to make sure they’re delicious enough to have everyone eat. No need to make separate meals for you AND your family, especially when you’re busy.

Guided Meditations

I’ve learned more and more each year about how important lifestyle and letting go of stress and emotions tied to the past is in helping to heal your autoimmune disease and keeping you in the right mindset to stay healed.

Therefore I’ve started adding quite a bit of lifestyle resources and will continue to do so each month.

So far there is:

• a Letting Go of negative emotions meditation

• a Relaxation guided meditation

• a Healing Leaky Gut visualization guided meditation

• a Ho’oponopono meditation for forgiveness and release

• a High Stress guided meditation

• a Reduce Stress guided meditation

• Healing Fountain relaxation and rejuvination

Hypnosis Audios

Hypnosis has been SUCH a big factor in me becoming the person I wanted to become, without all the weird baggage and bad habits that kept me from healing.

In fact, I’ve used hypnosis to get over a 2x a day Starbucks addiction and a skin picking addiction I’d had since middle school.

Hypnosis is powerful stuff – so much so that I became a Certified Hypnotherapist so I could record audios to share with you!

So far there is:

• a Letting Go of negative emotions hypnosis

• Overcoming Sugar Cravings

• Overcoming Overwhelm Stress

• Stop Boredom Eating

• Stop Trying to Control Everything

• Healing Light to start every cell in your body to repair itself
