Do you suffer from lower back pain? This quick session will help you to reinvigorate the lower back by pumping blood flow and qi to the muscles, joints, and tendons that surround this delicate area. It also helps to stretch and move this area to prevent any pain as well.

If you’re in pain, please do what you can with this session, and don’t overextend yourself. If you need to modify any of the movements, please do! This can include not bending over as far, not arching as much, or whatever feels best in your body. Trust your intuition to tell you what you need on this particular day.
