Our joints tend to be a place where qi gets “stuck” – and they’re also parts of our body that we often don’t move in all the possible ways to release that stuck, stagnant qi.

In this practice, move the qi throughout your body as we focus on the upper joints – neck, shoulder, elbows, wrists, lower back, and even hips so that you can “lubricate” the joints and make them silky smooth.

This can be done by anyone – whether you have limited joint mobility due to arthritis or have to do it seated.

Take this as you need to, whether that means doing it as I do, using the modifications I mention, or even just sitting out some parts that give you pain.
