Walking Guided Meditation
When was the last time you really paid attention to how amazing your body is when it did something as “simple” as walking? Like really paid attention to all of the things your muscles and bones and nerves and brain all do just to take a step?
This meditation will help you remember that.
This is a short meditation that you can do anywhere where you can take 10 steps, turn around and take 10 more. No need for shoes or fancy workout clothes, just yourself and some space.
But during it you’ll have a whole new appreciation for how amazing you are.
