When You Want to Quit
One thing that almost EVERYONE experiences while on AIP is the desire to quit. Whether it’s because a food is tempting you or you’re finding it hard to keep up with the cooking, it’s very common to want to give it all up.

The process of tapping on acupressure points and stating what you are feeling emotions around (frustration, resentment, missing out, etc) will help you process those emotions and feel a lot more clear-headed and motivated to continue.

You can go ahead and watch the next module on Reintroductions, or save it for when you’re ready to start reintroducing food into your diet.
I highly recommend at least watching the first few lessons to get an idea of what reintroductions look like and when you might want to start, but no need to watch all of them now.
