Place all of the ingredients in a bag or bowl, stir to mix.
Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Heat a grill to medium heat or a grill pan over medium heat.
Drain the shrimp, discarding the marinade.
Thread the shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill or grill pan (may have to be done in batches) and then grill for 2-3 minutes aside, or until the shrimp turn pink.If you don't have a grill pan you can simply saute the loose shrimp (not on skewers) in a pan on the stove until no longer pink - about 4-6 minutes.
