Creamy Honey Yogurt Dressing

This is a delicious dressing for salads, but also fun to dip raw veggies into or as a sauce for roasted chicken or pork.
Make ahead: Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 7 days. You may have to shake or whisk it a bit before using if it’s been sitting a while.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup White Wine or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp Shallot grated or minced

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients into a jar or bowl. Then if using the jar, put the lid on and shake for about 15-30 seconds to mix, or whisk together with a whisk or fork if making it in a bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 7 days. You may have to shake or whisk it a bit before using if it’s been sitting a while.
