Blueberry Vinaigrette

A tangy and sweet dressing for salads or to use on top of bowls.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store in the fridge up to one week.
