Stage 4 Reintros
In this lesson you’ll learn:
- The foods that you will reintroduce during this stage
- What to look out for
- Why you might want take a lot longer than the original 72 hours for each reintroduction in this stage
- How to look out for certain ingredients that might cause you more harm than others (like gluten and corn)
- what to do from now on!

You’ve finished the entire AIP Course!!
By now you’re really versed on what the AIP Diet is. If you haven’t started yet – what’s stopping you? And if you are on this lesson because you successfully went through the first 3 stages of reintroductions and now are on your 4th, good luck and continue to heal my friend!
Whatever you do though, don’t go back to eating crap, remember your body is an amazing vessel and you ARE what you eat. If you slip up every so often, oh well – that’s life! But aim to give your body the nutrients it needs and craves as much as you can.
