  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Mix all the ingredients togther in a large bowl.
  • Form into patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

If you don't want to turn on your oven, you can fry these up in a pan on the stove. Just cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until done. 
This would also work great in a breakfast hash with some diced sweet potatoes, onions, other veggies of choice and even some ground meat.
