"Chocolate" Sauce

A simple sauce that you can drizzle on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, breakfast bowls, or even over berries to make a quick dessert.
Make ahead: Refrigerate for up to 5 days. It may develop a "skin" but simply remove that and then stir. You may also need to reheat it a bit if it gets too thick after refrigeration.
