Gingerbread Smoothie
Servings: 2 small glasses

- 1 cup 240 ml Coconut Milk or Tigernut Milk
- 1 frozen sliced Banana
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup or Molasses
- 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground Mace
- 1/8 tsp ground Cloves
- optional - a dusting of Carob Powder or additional Cinnamon for the top
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend for 45 to 60 seconds, until creamy. You might need to scrape sides or pulse the blender to keep it mixing.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and/or carob powder and enjoy!
