Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240 ml Coconut Milk or Tigernut Milk
  • 1 frozen sliced Banana
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup or Molasses
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground Mace
  • 1/8 tsp ground Cloves
  • optional - a dusting of Carob Powder or additional Cinnamon for the top

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend for 45 to 60 seconds, until creamy. You might need to scrape sides or pulse the blender to keep it mixing.
  • Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and/or carob powder and enjoy!
