Greek Lamb Burgers

Delicious, easy burgers, perfect for your summer get-togethers
Make ahead: Make up to 5 days ahead of time, store in the fridge, and reheat as necessary!
Servings: 4-6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint diced + more for garnish

For Garnish (optional):

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients except the garnishes in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Form into 4-8 patties (depending on how thick/big you want them).
  • Heat a large cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat on the stove or a grill to medium.
  • Cook the patties, turning once, until desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes a side for the smaller
    patties, 5-6 minutes a side for the larger ones).
  • Serve with a few cucumber slices, mint, and optional coconut yogurt for garnish.

Notes

** Another yummy topping on this could be the Tzatziki Sauce
