Mexican Guacamole Burgers

Easy burgers with a deliciously creamy topping that every member of your family will love.
Servings: 4-6 people

Ingredients

For the Burgers:

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • pinch Onion Powder
  • pinch Dried Ginger
  • pinch Sea Salt

For the Guacamole:

  • 2 large Ripe Avocados
  • ΒΌ cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice about one lime
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

For the Guacamole:

  • Mash the avocado in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Cooking the Burgers:

  • Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl, then form 4-8 patties (depending on how thick/big you want them).
  • Heat a large cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat on the stove or a grill to medium.
  • Cook the patties, turning once, until the desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes a side for the smaller patties, 5-6 minutes a side for the larger ones).
  • Serve the burgers with a large dollop of guacamole on top!
