Spiced Cauliflower Rice

Spicy Freezer Side Dish you can serve with just about anything

Equipment

  • 1-gallon freezer bag

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (1 bag) Frozen Cauliflower Rice (or 1 medium head Cauliflower, riced)
  • 2 tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

Directions for freezing:

  • Put all of the ingredients into a 1-gallon freezer bag
  • Massage lightly with your hands to mix the ingredients
  • Push all the air out of the bag, seal, label, and freeze

Directions for cooking:

    STOVE:

    • Pour the contents of the bag into a pot or large saute pan on the stove
    • Heat over medium-high heat, breaking up the frozen chunks of cauliflower rice as they heat up
    • Once the chunks are completely gone, cook (stir often), for another 2-3 minutes or until the rice is heated through
