Spiced Cauliflower Rice
Spicy Freezer Side Dish you can serve with just about anything

1-gallon freezer bag
Ingredients

oz (1 bag)
Frozen Cauliflower Rice
(or 1 medium head Cauliflower, riced)

Avocado or Olive Oil

Raisins

Ginger Powder

Cinnamon

Turmeric Powder

Instructions
Directions for freezing:
Put all of the ingredients into a 1-gallon freezer bag
Massage lightly with your hands to mix the ingredients
Push all the air out of the bag, seal, label, and freeze
Directions for cooking:
STOVE:
Pour the contents of the bag into a pot or large saute pan on the stove
Heat over medium-high heat, breaking up the frozen chunks of cauliflower rice as they heat up
Once the chunks are completely gone, cook (stir often), for another 2-3 minutes or until the rice is heated through
